The craft / Instruction, not imitation

The sweet science.

Real boxing for real people, taught by real trainers.

BRAINS OVER BRAWN / Good form comes before a harder punch.

At 20 Vesey Street

First, we teach.
Then, you train.

Boxing has a language. We teach you how to speak it.

Footwork before fireworks. Balance before power. Defense before bravado. Whether you train in a group or one-on-one, the instruction starts with the fundamentals.

Train together. Get coached individually.

Group training

Every group session includes work on the focus pads with a trainer. Add bag work, boxing drills, and conditioning. You share the session—not the responsibility for your technique.

Good form and proper instruction don’t disappear because there’s more than one person in the room.

Private instruction

One-hour lessons with room to work at your pace. Learn the basics, untangle a bad habit, or develop the details that make your boxing better.

The work is built around you. The standard is still the same: listen, practice, and get it right before you get it fast.
